    Due to the nature of custom orders, we regret to inform you that no returns or refunds will be given for custom products. Each of these items is individually crafted according to your specific preferences and cannot be resold to other customers. However, if you encounter any issues with the quality or accuracy of your custom order, please contact us at artsinkdesingsudio.com, and we will do our utmost to address and resolve the matter promptly and satisfactorily. Any quality issues need to be communicated within a week of receiving your products if a resolution is the expected end result.   • How are the shipping rates determined?
    Shipping rates are determined based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. During the checkout process, you will be able to view the available shipping options and their corresponding costs.
  • What shipping options do you offer?
    We offer a range of shipping options to cater to your needs: Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option ensures reliable delivery within 5-7 business days after your order has been completed. Expedited Shipping:For those who need their orders urgently, we provide expedited shipping, with delivery within 2-3 business days after processing. International Shipping: We gladly ship our products internationally. The shipping time for international orders may vary depending on the destination, customs regulations, and other factors. Please allow 10-20 business days for international delivery.
  • How can I track my package once it has been shipped?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package in real-time.
  • Are there any shipping restrictions? If so, how are they handled?
    While we strive to deliver our products to customers worldwide, there are certain regions and countries with restrictions and prohibitions on specific items. If we encounter any shipping restrictions for your order, we will promptly notify you and issue a refund for the affected items.
  • Do you offer In-Person Delivery?
    If you are located in the DMV area, in person delivery is another option. The location will be provided 48 hours before said delivery. If this is the preferred method of receiving your products there will be 3 time options provided. If for some reason you are not able to meet at the requested location, mileage will be charged accordingly.
  • How long will it take to process my custom order?
    As each item is uniquely created to your specifications, please allow 5-7 business days for our design and production team to craft your custom products. The processing time is also dependent upon the number of items requested. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will do our best to keep you informed about any delays.
  • What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
    Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. ARTSink Design Studio, LLC., will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to inaccurate shipping information.
  • Is it possible to add shipping insurance?
    We take every precaution to package your order securely. However, for added peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance as an optional add-on during the checkout process. With shipping insurance, you can protect your purchase against loss or damage during transit.
  • What happens if I order multiple items?
    To minimize our environmental impact, we may consolidate multiple items from the same order into a single package for shipping.
