Origin Story
Meet The Founder
ARTSink Design Studio first started as an idea when I had to be all of 5 years old. My mom noticed my love and innate skill of crafting, creating, writing, and drawing and somehow knew my talent would translate into something grander.

It was then in my room at grandmother's house, in a small town in North Carolina that my company was named as a homage to my roots. My initials (including my mom's maiden name) spell out ARTS, and the "ink" portion because I was fascinated with pens.
Since then this idea has stayed with me as I have transitioned through multiple phases of life. From one state to another, ARTSink has followed me, always there whether in the forefront or in the background. For a while, I only completed projects for family and friends. This was my comfort zone for far too long, but I am a firm believer in God's Timing.

It took me years to get here, but I finally got out of my own way. With the addition of two words, my mother's idea has grown into ARTSink Design Studio, my dream, my outlet, and my legacy.
I like to describe myself as a small-town girl with big-city dreams. As a child growing up in the country with so much open space and fresh air, I naturally gravitated to being inside. Aside from escaping all of the weird bugs, inside was where my collections were. From gel pens, to colored pencils, to scented markers, to glitter pens, oh and I can't forget the multiple Lisa Frank sets, these were the items that excited me. My grandmother used to say "That girl always making something", and I was. That statement is as true today as it was those many many years ago when she first started saying so.

I wear many hats. At the top of the list is mom and wife. I am blessed to have an amazing husband that has believed in me when I didn't, that has poured into the business without question. My little family is my motivation, my drive.

In 2022, Hubby and I decided it was time to take ARTSink to new heights. I have been fortunate to share my talent and skill with friends and family since I can remember, but now it is time to level up. So here we are.

ARTSink Design Studio has been rooted in family since the beginning and now it is my hope to become an integral part of your family by ensuring that all of your special moments are properly celebrated. I am here to alleviate the stress and worry and to create. In other words "I got you!"
